1. Math-Patterns
Print or create pictures at home to build patterns with your child.
(For example, earth/tree/earth/tree/earth/tree or earth/recycle bin/tree/earth/recycle bin/tree)
2. Recycling Letters Game Literacy
-Find 26 small scrap pieces of paper
-Have your child write the uppercase letters they know or write the letters of the alphabet for them
-Have your child say the letter/sound/or something that begins with the letter.
-Have your child squish the paper into a ball using 1 or 2 hands and then toss it into a recycling bin.
BONUS ART ACTIVITY:
If you’re feeling extra creative today, use items from your recycling bin to create your own “recycling robot.” He can be flat on paper or upright like a real robot. Either way, we’d love to see pictures of what you created!
