The Very Lonely Firefly

Story Comprehension Questions:

- When did the story happen?

BONUS: How many different things did the firefly see in the story?

Journal Prompt Idea:

- Use some finger paint (or an ink pad) and either your finger or a Q-tip to create a group of fireflies. (You could also use a crayon and draw small circles). Count how many fireflies you made. Can you try writing some numbers to go along with each firefly?

BONUS: Draw some other things from the story in your picture (e.g., a candle, a cat, a dog, a car, etc.)
